Sounds like something you would write. Especially the part about paying thousands of dollars in tuition only to get to work with 3rd rate instruments and supplies.
I thought my Calculus teacher was talking out of his ass when he said "it all comes back to the harmonic oscillator"... not that this knowledge would have helped any in this case.
This is why "I'm a student" translates to "I'm lower than bird guano dripping off the circle of life" in every language.
How I wish I could get back into school to take it in the face again.
