That is the signature line uttered by the cameraman as his friend is injured. As seen here and here. Maybe it's just because I'm really tired, but the rope swing is especially funny.

I also thought the rope swing was especially funny. The video where the kid smashed his face into the wall caused my own face to hurt just viewing it. Were those teeth or bone fragments that the camera man looked at?
It looked like a tooth. Before the camera guy goes over to look at it, you can hear the other friend say something to the effect of, "it knocked out his tooth"
